You can pay your bill online by clicking on the “pay now” button. 

All you need is:

• The email address or phone number provided at intake.
• Your date of birth (or the patient’s date of birth if you are paying a family member’s bill)

Please ensure the information is correct so that the payment will be credited to the correct account.
