This location is our first location established in April 2016 and where our corporate office resides. We envisioned this historical building to provide a comfortable environment with the emphasis on multiple disciplines and wellness. We offer physical therapy services, chiropractic care, nutritional advising, and wellness classes. We also provide performance enhancement for runners and gait analysis.

Craig was born and raised in Staunton, Illinois. He graduated from the University of Evansville with his Masters in Physical Therapy in 2007 and from the University of Southern Indiana in 2010 with his Masters in Health Administration. While at UE, Craig also played collegiate basketball.

Craig believes that far too many people are living in pain when they don’t have to be, and that therapy is the answer for many.

Craig is married to a physical therapist, Kate, who is a faculty member in the University of Evansville Physical Therapy program. They have three children, Calvin, Zoe, and Eric. He enjoys running, training for triathlons, reading, and hanging out with his family.

John Mark was born in Jackson, Mississippi. In 2003, he found his way to the University of Evansville where he pursued his college soccer career and undergraduate degree. In 2011, John Mark then graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, MO.

John Mark has a passion for sports performance and family wellness. He enjoys being able to incorporate therapeutic exercise and nutritional counseling into his treatment sessions with patients. John Mark is Graston Level 1 Certified, Level 1 Certified in Functional Dry Needling, is a Certified Personal Trainer by the NCCA, and is a Certified Level 1 Crossfit Coach.

He enjoys staying active, snow skiing, teaching fitness classes, and being with his family. He is married to Shelly Tyler. They are able to combine their passions into one organization and make an impact on the Owensboro community.

Kevin, a native of Owensboro, graduated from the University of Evansville in 2012 with his Bachelors in Exercise and Sport Science and again in 2015 with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).

He is certified in Level 1 and Level 2 Functional Movement Systems (FMS), Level 1 and Level 2 Selective Functional Movement Screen (SFMA) and Level 1 Functional Dry Needling. He incorporates these into injury prevention programs and focuses his practice on a movement pattern based approach.

In his spare time, he enjoys biking, kayaking, reading, playing soccer, watching University of North Carolina athletics, the Oakland Raiders and Liverpool Reds! He loves to travel to new places and enjoys visiting with friends and his fraternity brothers.

Kendall is proudly from Fort Thomas, KY. She graduated from the University of Evansville with her Bachelors in Exercise and Sport Science in 2018 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2020. In her spare time, Kendall enjoys boating with her friends and family at Lake Cumberland, cooking, reading, shopping, and cheering on her favorite sports teams (Go Cats, Bengals, and Red Legs).

One of Kendall’s favorite sayings is “You gotta start where you’re at”. She believes that in all aspects of life, it is important to set goals for yourself and appreciate the journey as you work to achieve them. Kendall uses this quote to remind her patients, family, and herself that it is important to recognize and appreciate where we are currently at in our process, where we have been, and to encourage and support one another as we progress toward our goals.

Kendall is passionate about promoting functional movement and strengthening in order to help prevent future injury and live a healthy and pain free lifestyle! She has loved being a part of the RPI family over the past 4 years, and is so excited to give back to the community that has given so much to her!

Jake is originally from Tampa, FL. He attended undergraduate at Florida College where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies. He then moved to Bowling Green, KY to attend Western Kentucky University where he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019.

Jake has a special interest in working with baseball players and other overhead athletes, and is certified through OnBaseU for both pitching and hitting. He is also certified in Dry Needling, Functional Movement Screen (FMS), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), and Y-balance testing.

He met his wife Vixie, a native of Owensboro, while in undergraduate at Florida College. They moved back to Owensboro after graduation to be close to her family. During his free time, Jake enjoys golfing, fishing, running, and being outdoors. Some of his interests include baseball (Go Yankees!!), football, and spending time with friends and family.

Suzanne is originally from Greenville, KY. She completed her bachelor’s degree at the University of Kentucky, where she competed in track and cross-country. She completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Evansville before becoming a Board Certified Orthopaedic Specialist.

Suzanne is certified in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment, Functional Movement Systems, Y-Balance Testing, Functional Dry Needling, and pelvic floor rehabilitation. Suzanne believes in a holistic approach to care and that people are at their best when they are moving and doing the things they love.

Suzanne coached cross country for over 10 years, which is how she met her husband Jordan, who is a teacher and coach at Bowling Green High School. They enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors with their dog, Raylan. In her spare time, Suzanne enjoys following high school and college sports, spending time with her family and friends, and staying active through running, hiking, cycling, and snowboarding.

Andrew is originally from Auburn, Illinois. In 2019, he completed his bachelor’s degree at Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. He completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) at the University of Evansville in 2022.

Andrew is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and is certified in using the Selective Functional Movement Assessment, Functional Movement Screen, and Y Balance Test.   He pursued physical therapy with the desire to help people do what they love by improving their movement and performance. Andrew is passionate about working with active individuals, specifically those who lift and train at the gym. He loves helping people overcome barriers to achieve their goals.

Andrew resides with his wife, Kendra in Newburgh, Indiana. When not in the clinic, you can find Andrew enjoying the outdoors, lifting at a gym, playing guitar or serving at his church.

Lexi, a native of Owensboro, graduated from the University of Evansville with her Bachelors in Exercise Science in 2021 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2023. While she attended UE, she was a member of the Women’s Cross Country and Track and Field teams.

She is excited to give back to her community and help patients meet their goals to live life to the fullest. Lexi has a special interest in working with those in the equestrian community and patients with pelvic floor dysfunction.

In her spare time, you will often find Lexi spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys running, reading, being outdoors, and riding her horse Basil.

Skylar is proudly from Owensboro, KY. She graduated from Kentucky Wesleyan College with her Bachelors in Chemistry in 2020. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Evansville in 2023. 

Skylar pursued physical therapy with the hope to serve those around her through building relationships and optimizing movement. She is passionate about learning, community service, and helping others achieve their goals. 

Skylar resides with her family in Owensboro and is very excited to start serving her hometown community. When not in the clinic; she enjoys being outdoors, reading, and spending time with friends and family. She loves watching sports, especially UK football and basketball! 

Alyssa is originally from St. Louis, MO. She graduated from the University of Evansville with her Bachelors in Exercise Science in 2020 and Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2022. She was on the UE Women’s Diving Team during her undergraduate studies and loves to coach diving. 

Alyssa is passionate about meeting each patient where they are and helping them develop confidence to achieve anything they set their mind to.  She is working towards her SFMA Level 1 and Functional Dry Needling certifications.

Alyssa is the oldest of nine children and as a result, struggles to cook for only one person. She enjoys going boating with her family each year at Lake Norfork in Arkansas, watching Green Bay Packer games, playing and learning new card games, weightlifting, and is her family’s corn hole champion of 2022. She loves country music and her favorite type of food is Italian. She is so excited to have the opportunity to serve the Owensboro community. Alyssa would greatly appreciate any recommendations on the best food spots and things to do in the area!  

Desaray, an Owensboro Native, graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration.

She believes education and knowledge are very important when it comes to one’s health care choices. She hopes patients leave their time at RPI feeling empowered and in charge of their own health.

Desaray and her husband, Paul have one daughter, Stella, a dog named Leroy, and a rabbit named Carrots. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Taylor, a lifetime local to Owensboro, graduated from Ross College with a degree in Medical Coding/Billing and Business Administration in 2021 before starting with RPI in January 2022 and is our Director of Billing. She is married to her best friend, Garrett, and together they have a beautiful baby boy named Miles, who was born in March 2023. Taylor also has two fur babies, Mylo and Miller. Taylor’s favorite thing to do is spend time with her friends and family, and watch her little boy grow and learn new things every day. Taylor tries to see the bright side in any and all situations, and is on a journey every day to self-improve and help others do the same.

A native of Texarkana, Texas, graduated from Texas A&M University-Texarkana in 2016. She received her Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration in management. She resides in the Little Rock Arkansas area and works remotely for the billing department. McKailla believes that a positive attitude goes a long way in day-to-day life and could increase one’s overall wellness. She knows that every patient is going through a different situation and will strive to make each one feel welcome and cared for. McKailla is married to her high school sweetheart, Garrett Bartlett and they have two rowdy boys, Beckham and Benson. She loves being a mom, reading, cooking (or trying to at least), and spending time with friends and family. Completing the Bartlett family is a beagle pup named Sassy B!

Mallory grew up on a farm outside of Owensboro in McLean County. She graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Health Science and Social Welfare and a minor in Healthcare Administration, plus a certificate in Long Term Care Administration. She is excited to be a part of a company that carries out their values of wanting to help someone get better and provide one-on-one care with their patients. Feeling like you’re part of the family, every time you enter through the RPI doors, is what Mallory believes it’s all about and makes her feel like she is making a difference in the community. Mallory enjoys sitting outside with her crew of animals and just watching nature. She likes to ride horses and be involved in anything outdoors. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Jon and their dog Cali, reading, playing board games and watching football every Sunday. She is excited for her future both inside and outside of RPI.

Katelynn is proudly from Ohio County, KY where she still resides, she graduated from Ohio County High School in 2014.  She is happy to be part of a company wanting to help someone get better and provide one-on-one care. She is married to her husband Justin, of 7 years, and they have 2 daughters Sophia and Caroline, and a chocolate lab named Jake. Katelynn enjoys spending her weekends at the softball field watching her oldest daughter Sophia play year-round, and in the winter, you can find her at cheer competitions watching her youngest daughter Caroline compete. When not busy with sports Katelynn enjoys camping, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Leigh Anne Roby grew up in a Baptist Pastor’s home and graduated from Hancock County High School in 2000.  She attended Owensboro Community & Technical College and received an associate degree in medical Billing/Coding. She has been married to her husband Jason Roby for 23 years. They have two adult children, Hunter and Jaleigh. Hunter works at the Hancock County Public Library while Jaleigh works at Puzzle Pieces in Owensboro and is engaged to Mark Nugent. Leigh Anne lives with two fur babies, a miniature dachshund Bubba Gene who is King of the house and a shih tzu, Sophie who has a bad “attitude” and a group of no name barn cats! She enjoys camping on the weekends with family and friends and enjoys retail therapy with her daughter.  Leigh Anne feels like she has found her employment home at RPI and is excited about her future here.  

New to Owensboro, KY but having lived in the area before, Chelsea is super excited to be with such an awesome company! She currently has her Associate’s Degree in Health Sciences and is almost finished with her Bachelor’s of Healthcare Administration. This is her second year working medical billing, first time doing physical therapy and loves it so far. Her world revolves around family and her little dog Roscoe. She will do her best to make sure your claims get paid so you don’t have to! 

Born and raised in Masonville, KY, Tiffany is a graduate of Daviess County High School. She loves socializing with the public and making a difference in everyone’s eyes. She has been married to Brian Gillaspie 20+ years and they have 2 amazing sons. Bailey is following in his father’s footsteps as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic and Tristan is an active US Marine.  The favorite of the house is Charlie, the family Labradoodle. Tiffany enjoys any time in the sun and believes there can never be too many pool days or beach trips.

Melanie was born and raised in Madisonville, KY but has lived in Owensboro for more than 13 years. She is a people pleaser and loves helping others. Melanie is married to Fred and they have 3 children, a dog and a cat. They have been foster parents for several years and have an intense love for children.

Melanie thoroughly enjoys talking about food and children. In her spare time, she loves to try new recipes, watch documentaries or true crime shows, spend time with family, and run an online boutique named Blended & Blessed.

Courtney grew up in Hancock County and moved to Owensboro in the summer of 2021. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Oakland City University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in both Business Management and Human Resource Management. While attending college in 2011, she was awarded Most Outstanding Student by her peers.

She LOVES serving at her church-The Fathers House. She enjoys watching UK basketball, listening to a variety of bands, watching documentaries, and baking. She thoroughly enjoys being outside while walking her dog, Shila.  In her downtime, you can find her gardening, running, and taking photos of nature. She recently accomplished her first half marathon.  

We are extremely blessed to have her join us at RPI and cannot wait to see what the future holds.

Renee was born in West Virginia but her family moved to Owensboro when she was a baby. She is an Apollo High School graduate and attended Owensboro Community and Technical College. She has been married to her husband Archie for 20 years.  They have a 17 year-old daughter named Tabitha, as well as three dogs named Charlie, Oreo and JoJo.

Renee is an active member of Eaton Memorial Baptist Church where she enjoys participating in Sunday School and choir. She enjoys reading, taking walks, and watching Cincinnati Reds baseball. Most importantly, she values spending quality time with her family.

We are so grateful to have Renee on our PSS team and cannot wait to see what the future holds for her.

Travis, a native of Marysville, Indiana, graduated from the University of Evansville in 2006 with a double major in Management and Marketing and a minor in Finance.

He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives ( ACHE), and he also served on the Board of Directors for the Indiana Rural Health Association since 2013. He currently serves on the executive team for the IRHA as the President.

In his spare time, Travis enjoys hunting, fishing, watching Indiana Hoosier Basketball, the Indianapolis Colts, and spending time with his family. Travis resides in Fordsville with his wife Brittany, their two children Paisley and Landry, their 4 dogs, and many chickens.
