This is our first satellite physical therapy clinic made possible by Jake Sullivan’s love of baseball and softball. He gets to bring his expertise for the overhead athlete right to the source. Located inside Iso Academy, Jake works with players to help them recover from injury, improve their movement, and optimize performance.

This is our second satellite clinic location born from Kyle Kelley’s desire to return to the court (this time as a physical therapist). Kyle works with the athletes and their family members at Black Heart Basketball. Kyle’s goal is to help individuals move, feel, and live better, whether basketball players, pickleball players, or spectators.

Kyle Kelley

DPT - Physical Therapist

Jake is originally from Tampa, FL. He attended undergraduate at Florida College where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies. He then moved to Bowling Green, KY to attend Western Kentucky University where he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019.

Jake has a special interest in working with baseball players and other overhead athletes, and is certified through OnBaseU for both pitching and hitting. He is also certified in Dry Needling, Functional Movement Screen (FMS), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), and Y-balance testing.

He met his wife Vixie, a native of Owensboro, while in undergraduate at Florida College. They moved back to Owensboro after graduation to be close to her family. During his free time, Jake enjoys golfing, fishing, running, and being outdoors. Some of his interests include baseball (Go Yankees!!), football, and spending time with friends and family.

Kyle, a native of Posey County, IN, graduated from Purdue University in 2013 with his Bachelors in Movement and Sports Science and from Bellarmine University in 2016 with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).

He is certified in Level 1 and Level 2 Functional Movement Systems (FMS), Level 1 and Level 2 Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC), and Level 1 and Level 2 Functional Dry Needling (FDN).  He enjoys treating a wide variety of diagnoses and people of all age groups. 

Kyle is married to Sarah, a Medical Laboratory Scientist at Deaconess Gateway Hospital.  They have two daughters, Mila and Sophie, and a dog named Tucker.  In his spare time, Kyle enjoys spending time with family and friends, competing in adventure races, wakeboarding, playing basketball, volleyball, and golf, and watching Indiana University basketball and the Indianapolis Colts!
