"This is by far the best place I’ve ever been for physical therapy. The therapists are very knowledgeable and compassionate. The front desk staff are welcoming and accommodating. The facility is very clean and orderly. I would recommend RPI to anyone that needs therapy and wants one on one time with a therapist that listens and actually addresses your problem and then does their very best to help you recover."
"I had the pleasure of working with Emily here at RPI, and can’t speak highly enough about the great help they were. She was extremely helpful and we did anything/everything to further me along to getting back to normal. Great environment, great staff, and great service. Would definitely recommend them to anyone, and should I ever need help again to regain my strength, mobility, or overall wellness I’ll be going back. Confident that others will benefit from their outstanding care as well!"
"The first thing I noticed when I got there was the calm atmosphere. Suzanne and Emily are absolutely wonderful to work with. They seem to automatically know what my needs are. I am so glad to have found this place!"
"As a recreational runner who prefers half and full marathon distances, I have had my fair share of physical therapy. Previous therapy was helpful and got me back to running just fine. I came to RPI for postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction and as I work toward healing, I'm learning all my previous injuries were connected....educates me on the issues, builds an individualized treatment plan and provides new exercises (unlike the standard prescriptions I've received elsewhere) all while keeping me active. I cannot recommend RPI enough. Oh, I should mention the front staff and other PT are delightful.
"Emily is Absolutely amazing. She is so down to earth and professional. Not only a great person but a great therapist. I have seen such a difference in my shoulder since our sessions. I highly suggest them as a team."
"The level of focused, one on one care that Suzanne gives her clients is second to none. Her knowledge is great, and she has a way of conveying that knowledge so that it makes sense to me. As a result, I understand why I’m doing certain exercises which motivates me to take care of business and actually do my PT at home. I highly recommend RPI."
"My father is 88 years old, you wouldn’t know it by looking at him, he has always had energy and in good health. However, about 5 months ago he started to have terrible pain in his leg muscle. We tried several options: PT, doctors who took X-rays, prescribed medication for pain, nothing was helping him feel better.
Then my sister-in-law recommended Suzanne at R&P. My dad was miserable so he was open to trying ‘one more thing’.
Suzanne was terrific! My dad explained what was happening and she REALLY listened! She asked great questions and worked with my father to identify the core issue. She worked with him and created a stretching routine that has, as he says “changed his life”. His pain is gone and his energy is back!
We can’t thank Suzanne and Sam enough for working with us to find the right solution for us!"
“Suzanne is wonderful. Her approach is different from other physical therapist I've seen in the past. She takes her time and really listens to you. She also explains why your injury happened and how we can make it better so we can avoid future injuries as well. I would refer all of my friends and family to Suzann and RPI!"
“I have a long history of pretty-good and good-enough physical therapy to keep my aging body running on road and trail, and working with Suzanne has been different in the best way! She listens carefully and patiently, and she's never afraid to adjust or rethink an approach to nagging issues that have seemed frustrating and maybe even hopeless to other PTs. Every higher-mileage runner needs a PT on their team and I'm happy to add Suzanne to mine!"
