Our second location in Hancock County, was established in order to provide needed services to the Hawesville and Lewisport area. This clinic, situated on Highway 60 close to Hancock County High School, provides an optimal place for rehabilitation following sports injury, work injury, or post-operative care. Ethan and Lachelle are excited to bring physical therapy services to the people of this region.

Lachelle Early, a native of Hancock County, graduated from South University, Savannah, GA, in 2000 with her Associate in Science in Physical Therapist Assistant Studies.

She was awarded Recognition of Advanced Proficiency for the Physical Therapist Assistant in Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy by the American Physical Therapy Association in 2014.Her practice focuses on post-surgical rehabilitation, geriatric care and fall prevention, and work injury prevention and therapy.

In her spare time, Lachelle enjoys watching college basketball (Go Cats!), antiquing, crafting, spending time at the lake, and collecting vintage Barbies. She resides in Hawesville with her husband, BJ, children Chelsea and Xander, and pets Roxy and Justice.

Ethan, born and raised in Benton, IL, graduated from the University of Evansville in 2017 with his Bachelors in Exercise Science and in 2019 with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT).

Ethan is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He gained experience utilizing this knowledge when working with professional and semi-professional athletes in Phoenix, learning to better bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance. Ethan currently works with the Hancock Hornet football team and Lady Hornet softball and basketball teams as their strength and conditioning coach Go Hornets!

He and his beautiful wife Brittney, who he wholeheartedly admits is entirely out of his league, live with their puppy Luna Lovedoodle in Lewisport. In his spare time, he enjoys watching sports, playing golf, exercising, and talking about anything related to Harry Potter.

Brittney graduated from the University of Evansville with her Bachelor’s in Exercises Science and Associate’s in Physical Therapist Assistant in 2019. She has grown up traveling all over the South, but now she resides in Hancock County with her Husband, Ethan, and two pups, Luna and Bella.

Since graduation, Brittney has obtained her Orthopedic Specialization from NxtGen Institute as well as her manual treatment specialization. She now is a Curriculum Coordinator for both the OPTA and

OMPTA programs, helping physical therapist assistants across the country better their skills and bridge the gap between PT and PTA care.

Brittney has also spent her time post-graduation developing her love for pelvic health therapy. She is passionate about educating women throughout their pregnancy, postpartum, and athletic seasons to improve their quality of life in an area that is often missed in regular rehabilitation.

She is a very adventurous person due to her love of traveling and trying new foods. In her spare time, she likes to spend time outside doing a variety of activities, playing board games, and snuggling all the doggos.

Shannon Gorman is a lifelong resident of Hancock County. She is a graduate of Hancock County High School & graduated from OCTCS in 2005 with an Associate of Arts degree.

She believes in treating patients as family and greeting everyone with a smile. She is proud to be a part of a company that provides services to so many in the Hancock County area.

Shannon is a mom to two college students, Garrett & Cassidy. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, going to the races, traveling, participating in community events and learning new things.
