Jessica Sizemore

Clinic Director, Physical Therapist

Vanessa Rainbolt

Regional Patient Service Specialist

Jessica was raised in Lanesville, Indiana. She graduated with her Bachelors in Exercise Science in 2010 and Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2012 from the University of Evansville. She is certified in Functional Movement Systems (FMS) and Selective Functional Movement Screen (SFMA). She is LSVT BIG certified and a Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS). She enjoys treating women’s health through her training with Herman and Wallace. Additionally, she loves treating patients with vestibular dysfunction. She is an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor and likes mentoring the next generation of physical therapists.

Jessica believes that “movement is medicine”. She loves helping patients feel better to get back to doing what they love. However, prevention is also a critical component to all aspects of our health, including our musculoskeletal system. So, Jessica is also passionate about injury prevention and aging optimally with the help of physical therapy.

Jessica is married to her husband, Derek.  They have two daughters and dog. She is an active member of her church. In her free time, she loves playing with her children, cycling, tennis, jogging, reading and traveling.

Vanessa grew up in Harrison County and attended Lanesville Community Schools from K-12. She has always been passionate about community work. As a high school student, she founded the No Distracted Driving Campaign and helped create the Elf Project, collecting food and clothing for families in need during the holidays. Through her church, she began a Haiti Relief Fundraiser. These funds built a home for a family in Haiti, provided food, clothing, and work opportunities to a community, and sent dozens of children to school. She also enjoyed coordinating Sav-A-Lot Sundays, where church members and community friends gathered to help local families by purchasing food and necessities donated to Harrison County Community Services.

Her philosophy on life is rooted in the belief that small, meaningful actions can lead to significant impact. Whether it’s through listening, offering encouragement, or simply lending a helping hand, she strives to build genuine, impactful relationships. Vanessa’s passion for healthcare began in first grade, and she has remained committed to this career path ever since.

Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys hiking, landscaping, designing floral arrangements, meal prepping, and nature photography!
