Kelly received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Chemistry from Greenville University and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University. Her training also included studies at the world-renowned Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. She is an Orthopedic Certified Specialist which denotes advanced knowledge and skills in the area of orthopedics. She has worked with patients of all ages including children, professional athletes, post-operative patients, the geriatric population and more.

Kelly grew up in Jasper County. She developed a passion for the athletic population throughout her career as a collegiate volleyball player. She returned to the area following her education and now enjoys treating the active community including her friends and family. She is married to her husband, Brooks, and they have 3 children: Layla, Rafe, and Rhett. She and her husband stay busy coaching and being involved in their children’s activities.

Breanne received her Associate’s Degree in Science and Arts from Olney Central College in 2016, her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from University of Evansville in 2018, and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from University of Evansville in 2021.

Breanne is Level 1 Selective Functional Movement Assessment and LSVT BIG certified. She has worked with patients of a wide variety of ages and conditions within a rural community.

Breanne grew up in Clay County, IL where she developed her passion to help serve her family, friends, and community. In her spare time, Breanne enjoys reading, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family.

Derrick grew up locally in Ste Marie, IL attending Newton Community High School. In 2018 he graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and in 2020 he completed his Physical Therapist Assistant program at Southwestern Illinois College. He has recently returned to Olney, IL after living in St Louis, MO working as a physical therapist assistant in an outpatient orthopedic setting.

Derrick believes that every individual should be able to do the things they love without pain or limitation. He is excited to use his clinical thinking skills and background to be an outlet for improved health and movement in his community. He plans to obtain his Functional Movement Screening (FMS) certification and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) certification. Derrick also has an extensive background as a Strength & Conditioning Coach including group and personal training settings utilizing his ASCM Exercise Physiologist Certification.

Derrick has a history of racing motocross throughout his childhood across the country but now enjoys spending time with friends and family, spending time outdoors cycling, hunting/fishing, hiking, and traveling exploring new restaurants and breweries.

Derrick is very excited to return home and set roots in the Olney area to provide physical therapy and personal training services within his local community. He hopes to make a direct impact to the community promoting improved health, movement, and health care.

Heather is a lifelong resident of Jasper County. She graduated from Easter Illinois University in 2006 where she received her Bachelors degree in Arts. She has worked in the medical field for the majority of her professional career.

She believes that excellent customer service and a smile can go a long way. She is excited to be with a company that provides one on one care and treats patients as family.

Heather is the mother of a college aged son, Mason. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, being outside, and reading.
