This is our first satellite physical therapy clinic made possible by Jake Sullivan’s love of baseball and softball. He gets to bring his expertise for the overhead athlete right to the source. Located inside Iso Academy, Jake works with players to help them recover from injury, improve their movement, and optimize performance.

Jake is originally from Tampa, FL. He attended undergraduate at Florida College before moving to Bowling Green, KY to attend Western Kentucky University where he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019.

Jake specializes in working with baseball players and other overhead athletes, with certifications from both OnBaseU and Hospital of Special Surgeries to extend his knowledge in this population. He believes far too many athletes are engaged in sports with unnecessary pain, and seeks to fix this with specialized rehabilitation and injury prevention.

He met his wife Vixie, a native of Owensboro, while in undergraduate at Florida College. During his free time, Jake enjoys golfing, fishing, running, and spending time with is wife and kids.
