Welcome to RPI is your onboarding course to introduce you to our culture, our processes, and our mission. This is the first course in our mentorship series.
Mentoring: Phase 2 is designed to dive deeper into what RPI is all about. Here you will learn more about the why behind how we do things. You will also begin developing yourself as a Scientist, a Coach, and a Clinician as you continue on your journey to PT 3.0.
Mentorship resource contains a compilation of downloads and videos that supplement the mentorship process. These are geared toward assisting the mentor.
Whether updating your clinic or just starting, this course contains all the necessary resources. It eliminates the uncertainty and helps with the decision-making process so that you can choose the best option for your needs.
As a Patient Service Specialist, you are the first point of contact and set the tone for each patient’s experience. This course looks at how to create the best atmosphere and reviews the various roles of the PSS.
As you get comfortable in your role as a PSS, you will begin to take on more parts of the patient experience. This course looks at how to continue developing your skills to best serve our patients.
